Returns & Claims

At Siadds Atelier, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.



Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Returns showing signs of wear, misuse, alterations, or accidental damage cannot be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.



Claims & Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@siaddsatelier.com.

To help us assess your claim, please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photographs of the product.

In some cases, we may request that the product is returned to us for further inspection before a decision can be made, shipping is covered by the customer.

Each claim is assessed individually. A claim cannot be approved solely based on photographs or the reported damage. Products damaged due to accidental impact, improper handling, misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear are not considered manufacturing defects.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Siadds Atelier will, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation, determine the most appropriate remedy. This may include repair, replacement of the defective component or product, a partial or full refund, or another appropriate solution.


Repairs

Even when damage is not covered as a manufacturing defect, we may be able to offer a repair service where possible. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
